Sean Oddis
Founder and CEO
Sean founded Spire with a vision for a construction company focused on exceeding customer standards and building incredible things. His focus on the highest quality experience for the customer led to a culture of partnership in building, where the customer is more than just a name on a project file and where meeting their expectations is the bare minimum. Sean is constantly working to embody our values of Respect, Rigor, and Responsibility both in the company and in the community. When Sean isn’t on the job he enjoys boating, surfing, seeing live music, and working to make the Charleston area a better place.
Courtnie Donegan
Project Administrator
Courtnie is our Project Administrator, bringing a passion for learning and a dedication to excellence to every project. She holds an Applied Science degree in Small Group Management and has a professional background in Business Administration. Courtnie strategically oversees every component of each project, ensuring precision, accountability, and seamless implementation at every stage. A proud veteran, she has served 12 years in the Army National Guard. Outside of work, Courtnie enjoys staying active at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her family.
Joshua Mincin
Project Superintendent
With 11 combined years of diverse construction and supervisor experience, Joshua is a great addition to the Spire team. His post military service and wealth of knowledge and skills in electric, plumbing, HVAC, and project management makes him a valuable asset for our construction projects. Joshua joins Spire with a shared vision for the industry, emphasizing unwavering commitment to quality and service. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his family, indulging in beach trips, fishing, car restoration, and exploring Charleston’s scenic attractions and dining options.
Jesse Hayes
Project Superintendent
Jesse enjoys being part of a team, building strong relationships, and helping turn clients’ dreams into reality. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs. His favorite Charleston restaurant is Orlando’s Pizza, and he’s passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, surfing, and playing guitar and drums. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry machine gunner. After completing his service, he worked as a tradesman at Procare Property Restoration and later at LEE Company. He went on to study Project Management at LEE University and completed the STEP Leadership Course. Following his training, he stepped into the role of Project Manager, where he continues to lead with dedication and integrity.
Wesley Green
Project Superintendent
Wesley is a licensed General Contractor in Virginia with over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional commercial and residential projects. A results-driven innovator with a true passion for construction, he brings invaluable knowledge and leadership to our team. Wesley is hands-on and dedicated, spending time on-site each day to ensure every project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. When he’s not on the job, Wesley enjoys spending quality time with his wife and exploring the beautiful City of Charleston.
Rick Boilek
Project Manager
Rick brings over 25 years of construction experience to his role as Pre-Construction Manager. With a background in architecture and project management from the University of Washington, Rick is passionate about turning customer visions into reality and collaborating with his team to achieve project goals.When he’s not at work, Rick enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, daughter, and their family dog. When it’s time to unwind, you might find him at The Gin Joint, Salty Mike’s, or enjoying a cocktail at Bowens Island. Rick’s dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm make him a valued leader on our team.
Ryan Peterson
Project Manager
Ryan is a team-oriented professional with a strong background in business and project management. He values collaboration, enjoys learning from those around him, and takes pride in helping teams solve problems and deliver quality work. He holds a degree in Business Management and brings a thoughtful, organized approach to every project. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time sailing, playing music, working on home renovation projects, and enjoying the beautiful City of Charleston alongside his wife.
Jennifer Barkley
Accounts Manager
With over 25 years of expertise in bookkeeping and human resources, Jennifer Barkley plays a vital role as our Accounts Manager. She thrives on being part of a collaborative team, driving its growth, and discovering new ways to enhance the company’s daily operations. Outside of work, Jennifer treasures time with her family, her granddaughter, and her two beloved dogs. She enjoys taking on DIY projects, spending days at the beach, and exploring her love for cooking and baking. Her wealth of experience and dedication to supporting her team make Jennifer an integral part of our company’s success.
Lee Dellicker
Principal
Lee is the retired Founder and CEO of a large construction management firm specializing in Academic/Institutional, Hospitality, Non-Profit, and Custom Home projects. As a licensed structural engineer in 4 states, his firm specialized in a design/build approach, with a strong emphasis on pre-planning. Lee hired Spire for a small project and was very impressed with their value-based approach. Lee now serves as an advisor on all aspects of building Spire to be in the “best of class” of Charleston contractors.
